Meeting Rooms
Ametrine Executive suites has three meeting room options, each of which is designed not only to be very functional but are richly decorated to impress all your valued clients.
EXECUTIVE BOARDROOM
This beautifully appointed Executive Boardroom comfortably seats 12-14 people and is richly decorated in purple and gold tones with a cherrywood boardroom table. It is equipped with audiovisual equipment, whiteboard, tack board, pull down projector screen, a presentation podium and granite counter to accommodate your catering setups.
CONFERENCE ROOM
The Conference Room seats 4-6 people and is also richly decorated in purple and gold tones with a round cherrywood table. It is conveniently located on the second floor at the top of the staircase landing. Elevator access is available. The room is also equpped with a whiteboard & amp; tack board for your presentation materials.
DAY OFFICE
The Day Office is an exterior office furnished with an executive desk, a leather executive chair, lateral file, bookcase and side chairs to accommodate up to two guests.
MEETING ROOM RATES
We offer a 3-tier pricing structure based on the type of services you have with Ametrine Executive Suites. The meeting rooms are reserved on a first come, first serve basis and billed at hourly, half-day and full-day rates. Rates include free local calls and T-1 Internet.

Full-time Clients & Business Identity Clients — One hour minimum. Walk-in Clients — Two hour minimum. Parties of 4 or less booked in the Executive Boardroom may be subject to relocation to the Conference Room if necessary to accommodate a larger party.
Cancellation Policy: Less than 24 hour notice — Number of hours booked billed at 50%. No Shows — Number of hours booked billed at full rate.
